The islands deserve a guide with a sense of place.

Start with the islands. Explore the atolls, discover the difference between private resort islands and local island communities, and find registered resorts, hotels and guesthouses in their geographic setting. Follow the map from a place that catches your eye to its island guide, published details and available direct contacts.

Then connect the journey: airports, island transfers, liveaboards, dive sites, surf points and practical visitor information. Maldives.is brings these pieces together so you can understand where a stay belongs, how to reach it and what to check before travelling.
